    Thank you for your interest in joining the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire. Complete the application below (* fields are required). If you would like to choose more than one business category, please relay this information to the association office. If you'd like to add additional names to your membership listing (Affiliate Members for $50 each), choose the separate application found on the website Affiliate Membership Application.     Associate members provide products or services to home builders. They sell lumber, windows, appliances, etc. or offer services such as mortgage financing, marketing, bookkeeping, etc. The industry isn't complete without the help from the Associate members.

    Builder members are members that are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders, remodelers and land developers. Builder members must provide a copy of their Sioux Falls contractors license or a South Dakota excise tax certificate.
